I was selected as a small group of eleven that were pipe-lined to apply for summer internships in our respective fields. The process included several interviews, applications, and resume workshops. After the internship, we were to come up with an idea for a business or class on campus. Due to lack of funding, we were not able to put our ideas into practice, but the process and workshopping of ideas were invaluable.
Greeted attendees, sold tickets, handed out program guides and answered questions from attendees, managed the distribution of festival passes, managed the distribution of filmmaker swag bags and answered filmmaker questions and requests, managed the hub by helping with food and beverage service and clean-up.
